Have a blast learning the proper way to make coffee in the beautiful surroundings of the Powerscourt Townhouse with our Head Barista Ross. Our three-hour class is a hands-on workshop on the three fundamental barista skills: espresso preparation, steaming milk and pouring latte art.

What we will cover...

Coffee bean varieties, Introduction to Espresso, Equipment, Espresso Variables, Correct Techniques for Espresso Preparation, Steaming Milk & Latte Art, Espresso-based Recipes, Cleaning & Machine Care, Coffee Myths Busted.

During the break we'll be munching on some lovely Pepper Pot snacks.

You will go home with: a Pepper Pot tote bag, detailed and extensive notes on the material covered and more new coffee knowledge than you'll know what to do with.
